I’m A Mac.com was created as a transition site for those long time PC users switching to their first Mac. With the release of the new Intel-based Macs more and more people are making the switch. There are a number of current blogs which cover Mac related software and news (and I’m trying to accumulate them in the link categories) but nobody is really covering the switch from the “new to Mac” side for the full transition.

I’m A Mac.com will feature the day to day experiences of a recent switcher, and longtime windows user. It will feature experience stories, software suggestions and tips on how to use some of the different utilities.

In the future I’m A Mac.com hopes to transition into a more full featured Mac blog. We will also be looking at adding guest editorials from other Mac users from experienced to the inexperienced.
