Hi, I’m Curt O’Neil and I made the switch to Mac during the summer of 2006 with the purchase of a new MacBook Pro 17-inch. Before this I had no experience using a Mac or OSX. I’ve been a PC guy since the 90’s, building my own systems all of which ran Windows 2000. I was thinking about moving to the Mac architecture for about a year and with the transition to Intel I couldn’t resist.

It was time to switch.

I own my own web development company called Murderfly Multimedia located in Sault Ste. Marie, ON, Canada. I am also slowly entering my way into professional photography with my main clients being local singers, songwriters and bands. My personal blog is called Better Than Crabs and it covers pretty much anything as well as showcases my photography.

I started this site as a way to document my experience with making the switch in the hopes that others may learn from my new experience in the Mac world.
